At Wyldflower Jewellery, we are committed to ensuring that your order is delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. We offer the following shipping methods:

 

Standard Shipping: Orders shipped using this method will typically arrive within 5-7 business days after processing.

 

Express Shipping: Orders shipped using this method will typically arrive within 1-4 business days after processing.

 

International Shipping: For our international customers, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.

 

Please note that processing times may vary depending on the availability of the product and other factors. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

 

All orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) and shipped from NSW, Australia.

 

Our standard handling time is 1- 2 business days and shipping time is in addition to this. During special promotions, peak periods or public holidays, this might be exceeded.

Australia:

Postage within Australia is $7.95 for orders under $99.00, orders over $99.00, the postage is FREE. Orders $149.00 and over, the postage is FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING and takes 1-4 business days for delivery.  

 

EXPRESS POSTAGE is $12.95, orders $149.00 and over, Express Post is FREE and takes 1-4 business days for delivery. 

 

International Shipping:

New Zealand - Postage to New Zealand is $6.95, Express Shipping is $19.95. Orders $149.00 and over, the postage is FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING and takes 3-7 business days for delivery.

  

UK - Postage to the UK is $14.99, Express Shipping is $29.95. Orders $149.00 and over, the postage is FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING and takes 3-7 business days for delivery.

 

All postage will be sent via Australia Post. 

3. order processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business day from the date of purchase. Please allow additional time for processing during peak seasons or promotional events.

4. tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status and location of your package. You can track your order by visiting the provided tracking link or by logging into your Wyldflower Jewellery account.

5. shipping restrictions

Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information during the checkout process. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

 

Shipping may be delayed or unavailable to certain remote areas. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss alternative shipping options.

6. lost or damaged shipments

In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team at hello@wyldflowerjewellery.com within 7 days of receiving your tracking information. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory resolution.

7. returns and refunds

Here at Wyldflower, we aim is to get your order to you as quickly as spossible. 

 

If the size isn’t quite right, please let us know and we can offer you an exchange within 30 days of purchase (Australia only).

 

All items must be returned undamaged, in original condition and packaging, with hair ties unopened and unused. We are not responsible for damage during transit if items are not returned in their original packaging.

 

We offer one complimentary ring size exchange per order, including return shipping and redelivery within Australia. If additional size exchanges are needed, we’re always happy to help - we simply ask that postage costs both ways are covered by the customer.

 

A 5% cancellation fee (with a minimum of $5) will apply to any cancelled orders, as we incur transaction costs.  A 10% restocking fee will be applied to any refunded orders.  Shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund amount unless the customer returns the item/s at their cost.

 

Sale Items Return Policy*

All items purchased from our Sale Collection are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit due to change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and materials before making a purchase.

In the unlikely event that a sale item is found to be faulty, it will still be covered under our 6-Month Warranty Policy. If a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of purchase, please contact our customer care team with details and photographs of the issue. Once assessed and approved, we will offer a suitable remedy in accordance with our warranty policy, which may include a replacement, repair, or store credit.

This policy applies only to items purchased from the Sale Collection and does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
