The mystery is part of the magic! However, you can let us know your preferences — gold, silver, rose gold or a mix of metal finish, and any jewellery types you'd prefer to avoid (e.g. no rings, no earrings). We'll do our best to accommodate your requests.

What material is your Jewellery made of?

All of our jewellery is made from premium 316L stainless steel – the highest grade used in jewellery. This ensures every piece is waterproof, sweat-proof, and hypoallergenic.

Our gold designs are plated with 18K gold using PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition), a modern and environmentally friendly process that creates a finish up to ten times thicker than traditional gold plating. This makes our pieces incredibly durable, tarnish-resistant, and long-lasting.

What is your return policy?

Due to the mystery nature of the product, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. However, if any item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it immediately. All jewellery is covered by our 6-month warranty.
