All Items can be returned if there are manufacturing faults or defects. A return label will be emailed for returns.
We also offer one complimentary ring size exchange per order, including return shipping and redelivery within Australia. If additional size exchanges are needed, we're always happy to help - we simply ask that postage costs both ways are covered by the customer.
Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, for an exchange or store credit. Items must be unworn, in their original condition (with tags attached), and with proof of purchase to be eligible for return. Once you return is approved, we will need to receive your parcel within 14 days for your credit/exchange to be processed.
Wyldflower does not cover the cost of return postage. If an error has occurred at the fault of Wyldflower, you will not be asked to pay the return postage fee when lodging your return. We recommend purchasing tracked postage so you can trace your return, Wyldflower does not assume responsibility for lost parcels.
Earrings are not able to be returned for hygiene reasons. Items purchased on sale, promotional items, free gifts, Mystery items and lucky-dip items are not eligible to be returned.
