What materials are used in Wyldflower Jewellery?

All our jewellery is made from the highest quality stainless steel, our gold pieces are then plated with 18k gold using a technique called PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition).

This new way of plating is 10x stronger than standard gold or silver plating, making our Jewellery 100% water-safe!

Is your Jewellery hypoallergenic?

All pieces are made from the highest quality stainless steel and 100% nickel-free, reducing the risk of skin reactions and allergies. Our materials are considered safe to use for anyone with allergies or sensitive skin.

How is your Jewellery 100% water-safe?

This is all possible due to our unique plating process! We use the highest quality stainless steel that is then plated with 18k gold using a technique called PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition).

This new, modern way of plating, is ten times thicker than standard gold plating, is environmentally friendly, and uses a vacuum coating process, resulting in an extremely durable finish. This durability naturally makes it almost anything proof!

How do I take care of my jewellery?

Cleaning Tips:

Use only water and a mild soap to wash your jewellery.
Use a soft cloth to help clean it (no abrasive cleaning tools).
Regularly cleaning your pieces can keep residues to a minimum making them shine on the daily.

How do I determine my ring size?

On each of our ring products, you find a collapsible ring chart table which shows you how to measure your finger, to determine your sizing.

Do you offer necklace extenders?

Absolutely, we do. These are available to purchase as a 5cm extender, in our products section.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

Postage within Australia is $9.95 and takes 8-14 business days for delivery. Orders over $99.00, the postage is FREE.

EXPRESS POSTAGE IS $14.95 and takes 1-4 business days for delivery. Orders over $149.00 Express Post is FREE.

Do you ship Overseas?

We currently are only shipping Overseas to New Zealand, but hopefully something in the near future we will be shipping to other Countries.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card payments with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Aside from the major credit cards, we also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay! As well as Afterpay & Zippay.

Do you offer gift cards?

Of course! We offer digital gift cards with instant delivery.

Our digital gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. They have no minimum order value and no additional processing fees.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Warranty

All jewellery purchases come with a 6-month warranty on all colour-related issues, and a 6-month warranty on all manufacturing faults and defects, starting from the date of purchase. Please note that accidental breakage or general wear and tear, such as scratches, are not covered by this warranty.

Returns

All Items can be returned if there are manufacturing faults or defects. A return label will be emailed for returns.
