All of our jewellery is crafted from 316L stainless steel – the highest grade available for jewellery. This premium steel is naturally corrosion-resistant thanks to its protective chromium oxide layer, and with the addition of molybdenum, it offers superior defense against pitting and crevice corrosion, even in saltwater.
For our gold pieces, we take it a step further. Each one is plated with 18K gold using PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) – a modern technique that creates a finish up to ten times thicker than traditional plating. PVD is environmentally friendly, uses a vacuum coating process, and results in an incredibly durable layer that’s resistant to tarnishing, fading, and everyday wear.
